Refund Policy

All services rendered by Fylo (including React/Next.js front-end development, bespoke Laravel database configurations, WordPress page styling, and API integrations) represent custom digital labor.

Unlike generic commercial commodities, custom software development and design require immediate dedication of engineering hours, active development environment configurations, and creative designer scheduling.

Consequently, all payments, deposit fees, invoice settlements, and advance payments made to Fylo are processed as final, and we do not issue monetary refunds under standard operational cycles once resource allocation or active coding has commenced.

To eliminate financial ambiguity and guarantee absolute alignment with your business vision, we build strict milestone review phases directly into our development lifecycle:

• Wireframe & Layout Previews: We coordinate initial interface drafts to establish branding alignment before writing structural, production-ready systems.
• Staging Site Access: Prior to final server deployments or folder handovers, the complete application is made available on a secure staging server for real-time interaction and review.
• Revision Iterations: Each project brief outlines specific revision cycles (ranging from 2 to 5 iterations depending on the contract). This ensures all components, load velocities, and form inputs meet your precise functional standards before handoff.

We do not proceed from design to active engineering, or staging to live deployment, without your formal approval. Approval of a phase or milestone establishes that the work has been reviewed, accepted, and that relevant milestone fees have been fully earned.

We understand that corporate priorities and marketing scopes may adjust during the development pipeline. In such cases, we coordinate highly flexible adjustment terms:

• Scope Pivots: If you must adjust project parameters mid-cycle, we can suspend the current milestones and re-allocate remaining engineering balances to the newly desired scope, ensuring no spent funds are wasted.
• Fylo Balance Credits: If you wish to suspend project timelines indefinitely before coding begins, we can convert your deposited balance into a **Fylo Project Credit**. This credit remains valid for twelve (12) calendar months and can be redeemed for any standard service package or digital product in our catalogue.

Under all circumstances, the following financial costs are completely non-refundable and cannot be waived:

• Licensing Fees: Fees spent to purchase commercial theme licenses, custom plugins, fonts, stock photography, or API keys specifically for your project.
• Transactional Processing Charges: Bank gateway commissions, currency conversion charges, and Razorpay standard transaction processing fees.
• Government Levies: Already paid GST, state taxes, or corporate service taxes.

If any operational concerns arise during the staging or engineering phases, we strongly request that you flag the issue to your account manager or developer team directly at hello@fylo.co.in.
