General Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, which include custom web design, development, and digital marketing work, refunds are generally not available once work has commenced. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is appropriate.
Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration the stage of the project, work completed, and the specific circumstances of the request.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances: if we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeframe due to our fault, if there is a significant deviation from the agreed-upon project scope without your consent, or if we are unable to complete the project due to technical limitations that were not disclosed at the time of agreement.
Refunds will not be provided if the project has been completed and delivered as per the original agreement, if you change your mind after work has commenced, if the project is delayed due to your failure to provide necessary materials or feedback in a timely manner, or if you breach the terms of our service agreement.
Partial refunds may be considered for projects that are partially completed, with the refund amount calculated based on the work completed and expenses incurred.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, you must contact us in writing at info@fylopro.com within 14 days of the issue arising or within 30 days of payment, whichever is earlier. Your refund request must include your order number, the reason for the refund request, and any supporting documentation.
We will review your request and respond within 10 business days. During the review process, we may request additional information or clarification regarding your refund request.
If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 10 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Service-Specific Policies
For web design and development projects, refunds may be available if requested before the design phase is completed and approved. Once design approval is given and development begins, refunds will not be available except in cases of our failure to deliver.
For ongoing services such as SEO and digital marketing, refunds are not available for services already rendered. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will not be charged for future billing cycles.
For one-time services such as logo design or consultation, refunds may be available if requested within 48 hours of payment and before work has commenced.
Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
We are not responsible for any delays in refund processing that are outside our control, such as delays by payment processors or financial institutions.
Disputes and Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Chargebacks can result in additional fees and may affect your ability to use our services in the future.
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and provide evidence of services rendered or agreements made.
